She first broke the news to the family of her boyfriend Taylor Kinney, who plays a monster on “The Vampire Diaries.” There’s no talk of a wedding yet, only Gaga’s determination that hunky Taylor’s genes need replicating, and the family is supportive. Taylor’s aunt declared, “There’s no doubt he loves her and she loves him. Now everyone’s met her, we love her too!” Lady Gaga, 25, may hear that biological clock ticking, but considering her habit of slipping into alter egos (such as Jo Calderone), it could be just as likely that “expectant mother” is only another role to play

Famous Nick Cannon

Nick Cannon says he’s been diagnosed with a lupus-like autoimmune disease that contributed to his recent health scares.

The 31-year-old “America’s Got Talent” host tells People.com that the condition came to light after his hospitalization in January for kidney failure, as well as his treatment last month for two blood clots discovered in his lungs.

“The blood clot thing was probably the scariest because … I’ve known people who have passed away from that,” he told the magazine at a DJ gig Wednesday night in New York. “I thought I was getting better,” Cannon added, “and then that happened, so that kind of came out of nowhere.”

Cannon said that as far as he knows, no one else in his family suffers from the condition. “They kind of say [my] autoimmune [disease] is – like a lupus type of thing, but no one else in my family has it.”

For now, the husband of Mariah Carey and father of twins says he’s trying to take care of himself, put his health first and focus on recovery. “I feel blessed to be alive. If it wasn’t discovered, I don’t know [what would have happened].”

Justin Bieber officially turned 18 on Thursday and made sure to celebrate his big milestone right at a bash with all of his closest A-list pals.

Surprised with a Friday night party at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel put on by his manager Scooter Braun, his mom Patti Mallette and publicist Melissa Victor, Bieber spent the night with celebs including girlfriend Selena Gomez (who flew in from filming Spring Breakers in Florida), Kim Kardashian, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Mike Tyson and others.

“Everyone danced all night,” a partygoer told Us Weekly of the fete, also attended by Ashley Tisdale and Cody Simpson.

Dressed to the nines in a black and white suit, the man of the hour mingled with his grandparents and other friends who flew in from Canada for the occasion, but largely stuck by Gomez’s side.

“He was all over Selena the whole time, walking her around by the hand. He kept kissing her,” a source close to the pop star tells Us of his birthday PDA with Gomez, 19. “It’s clear she was the best part of the night for him. He is still so in love with her.”

In addition to his friends-and-family bash, Bieber also scored a one-of-a-kind Fisker Karma eco-friendly sportscar as a gift from Braun, with a reported pricetag of $102,000.

Celebs are speaking out following the comments by former “Growing Pains” heartthrob Kirk Cameron about homosexuality and gay marriage.

Cameron, who is an active advocate for conservative Christian values, said Friday on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight” that his beliefs don’t allow him to support gay marriage. “Marriage is almost as old as dirt, and it was defined in the garden between Adam and Eve. One man, one woman for life till death do you part. So do I support the idea of gay marriage? No, I don’t.”

So color us skeptical of a London Daily Mail report that
claims the Big M, 53, is mulling over a proposal from her 24-year-old squeeze, French dancer Brahim Zaibat, who supposedly popped the question three weeks ago at the New York Kabbalah Centre.

“Madonna hasn’t given him an answer yet. She doesn’t want to rush into anything,” says a source. “She is very happy with Brahim, although her friends are not sure she is ready for marriage again.”

Actually, these were Madonna’s exact words following her 2008 split from Guy Ritchie, who reportedly walked away with an estimated $80 million-plus: “I think I’d rather get run over by a train [than marry again],” she told David Letterman.

Plus, her newly released track “I Don’t Give a …” appears to dis her fizzled union to her filmmaker ex, with pointed lyrics such as, “I tried to be a good girl/I tried to be your wife/Diminished myself/And I swallowed my light/I tried to become all/That you expect of me/And if it was a failure/I don’t give a [bleep].”

Still, “Madonna has a real fear of being on her own,” continues the Mail’s insider. “It’s a major issue for her, and she loves having a man in her life who is young and makes her feel young.”

The pop icon, whose first marriage, to Sean Penn, spectacularly flamed out in 1987, began dating Zaibat in September 2010 following her split from 22-year-old Brazilian model Jesus Luz.

Her rep did not respond to our request for comment on the rumored proposal.
