Gwyneth Paltrow stuns royal partygoers as she performs foul-mouthed

Shocking: Gwyneth Paltrow performed the foul-mouthed version of Forget You in front of Prince Philip at a party in Mayfair on Wednesday night.
When Cee Lo Green released his single F*** You, he knew he would have to come up with a clean version for the radio edit of the track.

And so, when it came to Gwyneth Paltrow performing the song on hit US TV show Glee, she belted out the child-friendly version Forget You.

But there was no such censorship on Wednesday night, when the actress opted to perform the foul-mouthed version of the song at a party in Mayfair in front of royal guests which included Prince Philip.

Before performing the song, Gwyneth, 39, turned to the Duke of Edinburgh and joked: 'I hope you don't mind the lyrics - don't tell the Queen!'

Apparently Prince Philip, 90, was so enamoured with Hollywood actress Gwyneth that he changed his plans to stay later than he had originally intended to so he could hear her perform.

A source told the Daily Telegraph: 'The Duke had been due to leave at around 10pm but he was enjoying himself so much that he stayed for an extra half hour to listen to all of Gwyneth's songs.'

Talented girl: Gwyneth also performed with the Knights Before and Mark Ronson, far right

And it seems the feeling was mutual, as Gwyneth also appeared to be very fond of the Duke.

The source added: 'Gwyneth clearly enjoyed his company and was chatting away to him as if he was an old uncle.

'The Duke had a real twinkle in his eye and was having such a good time that after he made his speech he stayed on for a concert downstairs for an hour or so.'
Getting on well then? Prince Philip looked happy as he chatted with Hollywood A-listers Cameron Diaz and Gwyneth Paltrow at the Mayfair party in London
On the guest list: Gwyneth and actress pal Cameron Diaz both opted for little black mini dresses teamed with towering heels for the royal gig in London

Gwyneth and the Queen's husband are both members and patrons of the swanky members-only establishment on London's Dover Street.

The 39-year-old has been spotted at the club with her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and other famous faces such as Stella McCartney and Madonna.

The new owners, property investor Gary Landesberg and restaurateur Arjun Waney, reportedly asked the Oscar winner to cast an eye over the decor, along with fashion designer Stella and producer Mark Ronson.

Gwyneth wasn't the only pretty blonde at the re-opening of The Arts Club in Mayfair, as she was also joined by Cameron Diaz.

And the pair looked like twins in their little black dresses, although they chose to accessorise them differently.

While Gwyneth teamed her LBD with spiky-heeled grey boots, Cameron paired hers with a navy blazer and black heels.

The pair were last seen together earlier this year when they partied together at Vanity Fair's Oscar party.

And in April, Cameron stepped out to support her friend at a dinner thrown in honour of her cookbook, My Father's Daughter.
What did you say? Cameron appears to be covering her ears as she and Gwyneth strain to hear the always stylish record producer Mark Ronson in the noisy venue

The new club has a series of rooms including a library, a brasserie and oyster bar and geometric Italian marble floor and a grand staircase in creamy white marble with a bronzed balustrade, online guide The Handbook reported.

Chef Director Raphael Duntoye of La Petite Maison will oversee the kitchens and the extensive all-day menu.

The oyster bar and in-house bakery will be overseen by Claude La Marche, of The Dorchester.

There is also an exhibition space, featuring an extensive art collection which members of the public can make an appointment to see.
